I have numerous responsibilities in my current position, and I thrive on others' confidence in my ability to perform them to their expectations. I would like to be challenged more, creatively and artistically, and I believe the future holds that for me.

This project was an individual effort that allowed me to discover the endless possibilities for creation in both InDesign and Photoshop, and there seems to be no limit to my patience for one-pixel-at-a-time execution. There is more for me to discover about my capabilities through further applications of the software, and that is exciting. InDesign makes so many things possible that it has become a go-to for me in many circumstances, and Photoshop helps satisfy my creative outlet every time I use it.
Here you will find some samples of my creative style.

This business is everything I made it out to be. What a fun project. I was compelled to use strong colors for the graphics and I was pleased with my success. I received the promise of a recommendation letter from my instructor in PR Writing and Application, who said he didn't give As to anyone that he wouldn't hire to work for him. I used my public relations skill set in this solitary effort.
Here you will find graphics and individual documents.

I made my case for the grand opening in this proposal.
This was an informational rental flier that showed clearly the versatility of the available spaces at the venue. It was directed toward all attendees.

Action Plan
The social media plan book was a fun group project and would have been a great PR event. I had the opportunity to craft an event from one of my ideas, and I had major roles in the writing and presentation of graphics. I learned so much doing this project that I wish I could do it again, alone or with a committed team. It would be a great public relations event to attend.
The plan book for this team effort is found here.

The volume of work and creative intensity involved in the planning and implementation of this campaign event for The Arc Baton Rouge was enormous. Our agreement with the client committed us to time constraints and a tight budget. I was able to utilize many of my courses and professional experiences in the creation of the project.
Below are several components of our PR team's involvement with The Arc Baton Rouge.

Inclusive sports are vital to The Arc Baton Rouge in achieving community interaction for its members and their families. Our campaign theme "Everybody Can" fit perfectly with the Arc's slogan "Everybody Plays."

It was exhilarating to volunteer!
Elevate Communications held four table sits at LSU's Free Speech Alley. We passed out fliers as a communication tactic designed to introduce the organization to students who had never heard of it, and provide information and raise curiosity about our event.

Our Bayou Bash tailgate event on the LSU campus
Elevate Communications’ Bayou Bash event for The Arc Baton Rouge was an overall success in that it yielded both internship opportunities for one educational department and a likely partnership with an LSU fraternity.
Weather led to the cancellation of our originally scheduled event, but a hardy regroup found us in a Bayou Bash tailgate on the Friday evening of LSU's home game with Texas A&M. LSU recovered from its loss the night before and we spread awareness on campus.
